Hi, I’m Tiffany—founder of OnlySoftball—and someone who has spent years immersed in the game, both on the field and behind the scenes of the recruiting process.
My perspective comes from a unique combination of experiences that have allowed me to build relationships with coaches at all levels. From running a local rec league to coaching at the regional level, I’ve seen the game from multiple angles. I’ve also experienced the national circuit as the parent of a recruit and currently serve as the head coach of a first-year 1A varsity program.
Alongside that, I’m a high school teacher, where I teach social media marketing, including personal branding—skills that directly translate to how athletes present themselves and get noticed in today’s recruiting landscape.
Most importantly, I’m a parent of four athletes, including two softball players navigating the recruiting process. That perspective gives me a firsthand understanding of what families are going through right now—what works, what doesn’t, and where opportunities are often missed.
By closely following and learning from the recruiting journeys of the 2024 class, I’ve been able to guide and advise athletes from the 2025 through 2030 classes. I’ve seen how different paths unfold and understand that there is no one-size-fits-all approach.
I genuinely enjoy watching athletes I’ve worked with continue their careers at the next level. Seeing them succeed—after putting in the work and trusting the process—is what drives everything I do.
Through OnlySoftball, my goal is to provide clear, honest guidance to help athletes and families understand the recruiting process, make informed decisions, and create their own path to playing at the next level.
